What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we store your name, business name, email, optional phone, industry, approximate call volume, preferred coverage, booking system and the problem you describe, plus the time, the package selected and a one-way scrambled code derived from your connection address used only to limit spam.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our hosted website database. The site is hosted by Lovable, with database services provided through its cloud platform. A full list of processors and storage locations will be confirmed here before launch.
How long
We intend to delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 12 months. This retention period is subject to final confirmation.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by contacting corkbookings@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
