This website collects enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. No service starts and no payment is taken until you accept a written quote.
Scope and quotes
Every package is scoped separately. Phone packages (Reception Starter and Reception Plus) are priced by written total-cost quote covering setup, included call minutes, phone-number costs, software costs, overage and support. The Website Enquiry Assistant management fee starts from €249 setup plus €49 per month; AI/chat platform and usage charges are additional and are listed in your quote. VAT will be added if applicable. VAT status is being confirmed.
What the management fee covers
Configuration maintenance, agreed checks, small changes within the monthly allowance and a named support contact. It does not include anyone manually answering calls around the clock.
Limits
The assistant is automated and identifies itself as such. It is not a human receptionist and not an emergency service. We do not guarantee uptime or perfect accuracy, and we only connect integrations after testing them with your systems. Booking requests are not confirmed appointments.
Before going live
Call recording, privacy notices to your callers and data-processing terms are reviewed and agreed with you before any real deployment.
Cancellation
Monthly management can be cancelled on the notice period stated in your written quote. Setup fees cover work already carried out. Third-party platform charges follow that provider's terms.
